Hickman Site Prep is a family owned and operated civil contracting company based in Baker County, specializing in comprehensive site construction services. Founded in 2005, the company serves Duval and the surrounding counties, providing expertise in site preparation and development.

Hickman Site Prep was founded by Rick Hickman, a lifelong resident of Baker County, Florida, whose passion for construction started early and was driven by his commitment to serving the community. Rick attended the University of Florida, where he earned a degree in Building Construction in 1996. Along the way, he gained hands-on experience in everything from concrete work to rebuilding residential homes.

 

Eventually, Rick found his niche in civil construction, focusing on commercial development and hauling services, including job site materials, aggregate, and fill dirt. With a strong background in education and practical experience, Rick built Hickman Site Prep on the principles of quality, integrity, and service excellence—values he is ready to bring to your next project.
